I love my new PS5 it's such an upgrade! It's so much faster than my PS4! It's a lot brighter too. The only things that I don't like is the storage space. It's good that this has the disc drive included so that helps take up less storage space. But the digital games take up a lot of space. Especially if you want to keep your game progress and saves. I like to play a game and sometimes switch to another game for a little while or have other games only when friends come over. I wouldn't like to have to only play a few games and have this loaded on the console. I had 32 games some disc versions and coming from my PS4 1TB and all of my games were saved to it to the PS5 1TB now I have less space and can't fit every game. So I had to make another purchase and get an M.2 drive so I can have all of my games downloaded at once and keep my saves in the games. So plan on making another purchase if you don't want to download and delete games. My last gripe is I had to get used to the new layout of how to get to the Home Screen and settings I learned pretty fast it was just an adjustment. It's nice to be able to adjust the sounds of the beep and controller. Also the brightness of the controller, console and the low power mode settings can be adjusted to update the system, games and charge the controllers and of that doesn't need to be done or will go in a super low energy mode. It goes from low power mode to on very quickly and you can turn it on from the PlayStation app too. I'm glad I can still play all of my PS4 games and some came with free PS5 versions.

Excellent console! It is so sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The graphics are so much better and game play is much smoother than the PS4. Best Buy made the purchase so easy through the pickup option, fastest, easiest experience.

Upgraded from the Ps4. Mostly good. Wish the Ps5 came with more storage, as games nowadays have at least a 100Gb capacity or higher even. Performance is much better compared to the Ps4, although not perfect. Overall, this was a good buy.

I checked Target, GameStop, and even looked at ordering online, but the delivery times were showing about a week, and I was too excited to wait that long. After some searching, I noticed that Best Buy had same-day pickup available at a location about 30 miles from me. I made the drive, and honestly, it was worth it. Really happy with this console. Switched over to PlayStation from Xbox, and I’m really glad I did. For story-mode games, I think PlayStation edges out with some incredible games. Spider Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Uncharted have all been fantastic to play with the latest graphics and high speed frame rates. Looking at getting Ghost of Yotei soon as well, which would look incredible on the PS5. To get the most out of the PS5, it helps to have a good enough monitor/TV that can support the higher frame rate (at least 60 fps) and resolution (around 3K-4K), especially for story mode games with good cinematic gameplay. If you can get this on sale ($450), like I did, this console is a great find. I prefer the disc version just so I can play the older games easier, but if the budget is tight, digital only is a solid choice too.

I love my Ps5 and I got the price before the price changes and Best Buy always has my back with me being a total member.

I'm happy with my purchase of the PS5. The graphics and overall operation of it are better than the PS4 and PS4 Pro I. had. The only issue I have is a minor one. Having to find the power off button or closing out a game after I'm done. This is an annoyance I have with tech in general. The new software update on my iPhone 16 presents a similar problem; the setup to find what you need is split up. You have to hunt to find what you need. I prefer a simpler interface to find what apps or settings I need. This isn't a knock on anyone in particular, it's a personal preference.

Got the PS5 for a Christmas gift…was easy to place the order online and get it picked up at the store. Nephew is the gamer and he has told me it is pretty awesome with the better speed and graphics.

Great quality just needed to upgrade memory…. Love that it’s slimmer and saves more space but still has the same power as the first version … it’s two type c ports instead of usb and type c for front ports but I can tell Sony is just keeping up with times

Best console for your money. The PS5 Slim delivers power and performance. Yeah, it's getting older, but it's still the king. Only negative is that you get 1 TB of storage, but that's fixable with a new SSD.

The PlayStation 5 is a great concert, so it looks great. It plays great. It'\n S just overall, a great console, you can watch blu-ray and DVD movies. I love how I can access my movie collection. The controller feels amazing way better than Nintendo switch. Like the original controller for the PS5, unlike Nintendo switch i love how the controller has a touch screen. And I like the color of the PlayStation 5 i just got one question for it.Why does it look like a wifi router i don't mean it has to complain, but why does it look like that? But is a overall great console that people should buy, great games, as well.

Amazing Console Amazing Graphics Extremely Fast coming from someone who’s games on everything. I own a series X as well there is a difference. Controller Action Alone is OFF THE CHARTS!
