I love it! Spend hours of playtime on this machine!

It’s really good and my kids really liked it and they play it everyday. We really enjoy this product because it makes us happy. The other thing we liked about is that it works really good and it fast, gameplay, and it just really good.

Honstly. Its my early christmas gift to me. I'm not getting a pro when the thing didn't have a disk drive. So the slim has been the best choice. It's been great having things look that crisp with games. Though I didn't like the fact I have to get an sdd to store ps5 games

My daughter is handicapped and her favorite thing to do is playing PlayStation. She’s had every one of the PlayStation systems and has wanted the 5 system for a long time and we finally got it for her recently. She loves her new game and it’s a great way to entertain herself. Her nephews are gamers too and they have helped her reach levels she was having trouble reaching. It’s a win all around!

I had the original PlayStation 5 but new one is way better. The stand is better than the original one, it has a more clean modern look, easier to get the panels off to dust the interior, plus the power button is not next to the disc eject button and that is a huge upside. Overall I would highly recommend buying the slim over the original one

As someone who owned a PS4 and wasn’t sure if I should upgrade due to my limited gaming time, I’m really glad I decided to get a PS5. I’ve spent the past month enjoying it, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic console. The performance is incredible, with fast load times and smooth gameplay, especially when paired with a good TV. I’ve had a blast playing a variety of games on it. However, one downside is the user interface, especially when trying to use Discord. You can connect a controller to your PC and stream a game via PS Remote Play, but you can’t talk to people on Discord while doing so, which kind of defeats the point of streaming there. In this area, Xbox has the upper hand. Despite that, the PS5 is still an incredibly powerful console, and if you're into gaming, it’s definitely worth the investment.

Bought for my son . Still working perfectly fine after 4 years !

Purchased this PS5 open box for a great price and ended up buying another for my son about a week later because his was damaged and needed to be replaced. The open box price was about the same as what it would have cost me to ship off the old one to be officially diagnosed and repaired. I had a few issues with system errors trying to place the order online but customer service did a great job of helping me resolve the problem and I was overall very happy with it this purchase. Everything was in great condition and is fully covered under warranty. I even bought an extra games, a controller, and a charger with some of the money I saved on this deal!

It works great, I love its the best thing I bought

I love my ps5. As a ps4 user I played it made noise, it over heated. I havent had any problems with the ps5 slim. No noise from it, no over heating and I play a lot! The loading is also so much faster now. When i play online i notice I load in faster than my ps4 using friends. This console is a monster, very fast very elegant. No complaints at all.

The price the transaction everything was excellent, the machine is excellent, but I’m a 67-year-old man who’s never really played video games, so I’m struggling trying to learn, but that’s why I got it to give me another thing to do.

It's a pretty great system. Wanted one for a while except "entrepreneurs" decided that they should buy all the stock and charge 4 times the MSRP. Would be the perfect console if they also shipped a scalper with it so I could get some exercise.

I bought this PS5 to play Where Winds Meet and I am, incredibly surprised by the amount of storage this console has. I love the 3D sound feature which totally elevates the sound experience. So far my games have run smoothly.

The online gaming system is easily accessible, and its user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it enjoyable to navigate. It is entirely dynamic, offering a smooth and responsive experience that seamlessly adapts to different game modes and player interactions. Additionally, the connection is stable, and I haven’t experienced any lag or disruptions during online gameplay. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the product.

It’s a PS5, there’s not much to say about it that hasn’t already been said. That being said, I opted for delivery of this as a gift and Best Buy’s choice of using Roadie for their delivery service resulted in my console being delivered at almost 10:00 pm. Not ideal considering the estimated time was 7:00. Best Buy was not at all concerned that a $700 system was left outside my house at a time like that after wasting my day waiting on it. I know this could have been avoided by me picking it up, but don’t offer delivery if the service you choose to use is going to drop the ball.

Previously owned ps4. This is huge leap both in performance and quality.

First time switching from xbox to Playstation. Incredible difference hands down . Hats off to Sony
