Absolutely love the PS5! The graphics are stunning, the load times are insanely fast thanks to the SSD, and the DualSense controller totally changes the gaming experience. You can actually feel the difference in every game! Super impressed with how smooth everything run! Worth every penny!

Really enjoyed it to play in it and the packaging was great. No issues works smooth with no lags specially with my friends. It’s the best thing I did. Other than price ps5 slim is awesome, a great experience with graphics, gameplay, everything better from the previous ps4. But would recommend ps5 pro if you want the extra space and enhance experience.

I absolutely loved it and thought it was a fantastic purchase! The games are amazing, and 4K support is top-notch. Best Buy is always my go-to place for tech stuff.

All good with the product. Just the experience with BestBuy that wasn't good unfortunately. The box was unsealed. I kept it as it was a gift tosm someone. I also had my original pickup order cancelled next day as they couldn't fulfill it. I had to make a new order and with shipping instead. And I did not get my $ certificate back although the cancellation page stated I would. Got disrespected by an agent on their support chat, had to contact their Instagram account for proper resolution.

Going from the ps4 to ps5 was a night and day difference. Graphics are 10x better, the dashboard menu is way easier to navigate and the controller fits way better in the hand. 10/10 recommend!
