I bought the PS5 from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The console itself is a powerhouse—lightning-fast load times, stunning graphics, and the DualSense controller adds a whole new layer of immersion with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. It’s quiet, sleek, and surprisingly easy to set up. Best Buy made the process smooth: fast shipping, secure packaging, and clear communication throughout. I appreciated the option to track my order and the fact that it arrived on time without any hiccups. Only minor downside is the storage—825GB fills up quickly with modern games, so I’d recommend budgeting for an SSD expansion. But overall, this is hands-down the best console I’ve owned, and Best Buy delivered it flawlessly. Highly recommend both the PS5 and Best Buy’s service.

Great console. Absolutely love my PS5! This console is a game-changer. The load times are almost nonexistent thanks to the super-fast SSD, and the graphics are stunning with 4K and ray tracing support. The DualSense controller is probably my favorite part — the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really add an immersive touch to gameplay that I’ve never experienced before. I debated with myself for months about picking up a ps5, was a little worried about price increases, and at the encouragement of my partner who pointed out I’d been talking about it for months so it was still clearly on my mind, I decided to bite the bullet and get one, and I am so happy I did! The in depth but friendly ui on the Home Screen, beautiful games and haptic feedback, fun with old games and new alike, and since it can play ps4 games, I sold my ps4 to a friend who hadn’t gamed since the Super Nintendo and she’s having a blast! I cannot recommend the ps5 enough. I have a pc that I play as well, but it sometimes takes a while to fiddle with downloads, updates, etc and this is a great just cut on and go console, the ps5 games run okay on pc but the system runs them flawlessly of course, my series x still holds fun for me but the ps5 reignited my interest and fun with gaming. Ps2 was my all time favorite console and I haven’t had so much fun in a PlayStation since then until now. If you’ve got the money and are still debating it, go ahead and join in on the fun!

the console was amazing and the performance good, but the fan would get hot on games like fallout. Overall on games like fortnite, the graphics are good. and i would recommend to my freinds

Already had one PS5, but had to get another one to prevent the kids from fighting over who was able to play, so picked up the new PS5 slim with the disc drive. Love the new smaller design and the way it was revised with slightly different finishes and looks than the original. Super fast to setup and has been working perfectly since we got it. Not much else to say as it’s a great system and the best system that Sony has made to date as far as I’m concerned. Definitely recommend!

Huge upgrade from the PS4 in small and big ways. It’s so much faster and of course the graphics are better too. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Wow! PS5 is amazing. My husband died 2 yrs ago and was unable to get the PS5. It was just so sold out everywhere. This year on his heaven-anniversary - I asked what I could do to celebrate his life in this coming year, and I heard him say what about that PS5? And so, I went to best buy and had such a great experience. I got the PS5 and a video game and now I’m playing it, living out his desire he couldn’t have. I love it. It’s so fun and makes me feel connected. Thank you for this. I’m proud to be a gamer!

Great purchase don't regret a thing graphics are crazy good. Not best buys faults but the cd drive is loud I'm sure this is a Sony thing though
