I was trying to wait until November to upgrade from my PS4, but I had no choice when it kept shutting itself down. I amm happy with my purchase, it is a little of an adjustment using it. I am happy because my picture looks crudp and the speed of my game is improved dramatically. Eventually I will increase my storage with added SSD, there is plenty of storage to start with and will at some point get another controller. Over all you won't be disappointed upgrading to the PS5

Incredibly bulky. Yes, even though it says slim, it takes up a lot of space. Set up is a pain. Not intuitive at all. But my kiddo wanted to play Astrobot and waited patiently for 6 months for it, so we purchased it. Set up was a pain, did I already say that? Yeah that’s how annoying it was for a new user (my PS3 acct didn’t work anymore!!). Also, very unclear on how to keep kids safe while playing online with friends only (with the Nintendo switch, this is far easier to navigate). Very few game options for little gamers. If it weren’t for Astrobot I wouldn’t have purchased it but here we are. Would I recommend it? Not unless you really want a Sony exclusive game. Sonic graphics are much better on this system though, I’ll say that.

Bought the PS5 from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier! The purchase process was smooth, and delivery was fast. My kid absolutely loves it – the graphics are incredible, and the games run so smoothly. It’s been a great addition to our home entertainment. Highly recommend!

Great headset sounds control is superb you can hear everything without the headset directly on your ears. The quality is great no sweat from being on your ears all day and night

As an Upgrade from my PS4 it has been great! I love the feel of the Controller as well as how the dashboard is setup. It is used more to play older games from the PS4 catalog than newer games at the moment but the loading times and response definitely impress. Only gripe would be that the battery on the controllers drain a lot quicker than the old dual shocks, so you'll find yourself charging very frequently.
