All around a better system. Everything you could hope for in a gaming system, and much easier to use and navigate. Also a major upgrade in the controller from previous generations means the PS5 now has the best controllers out there.

Most of that time was spent playing using a keyboard and mouse, and I shook my head at all those console gamers and their controllers, which I felt inferior to how I played. Fast forward to when I gifted my gaming PC to my son because he would get more use out of it. Still a gamer, I decided to give the Playstation a shot, and while I had to fumble with the controller for a few weeks to get acclimated, I now cannot ever see a return to the PC. The PS5 is the best in class and one of the best gaming purchases, along with my SteamDeck, that I have ever made.

Although some of my game progress was lost. Thankfully, it is easier to carry and looks a little better than the fat PS5. Make sure you get a good SSD for storage. (Not sure if the screw will work)
