I do not regret pulling the trigger to finally get one of these. The shelves were full of them and they had plenty of in store games. I got the PGA Road to the Masters and off I went. Plus you definitely need the wireless remote and charging dock. Amazing.

game works great, it was a gift and something that is used daily in my house hold and still works as if it is brand new.

I am extremely happy with my experience in purchasing the PS5 from Best Buy. At first I decided to go with an out of the box, excellent condition, for whatever reason it would not load games - when I brought it in the staff was so quick to respond and made the exchange for a new system so easy. The new PS5 works beautifully and I have had no issues since the exchange.

I have always bought new systems this was my first time buying a refurbished one I have to say not a bad purchase came with almost everything as stated only thing missing was the clear plastic stand it comes with. But that was not a problem it works Perfectly. Very Happy with this purchase I will now consider refurbished when comes to buying now. Thank you Best Buy

Been waiting for a while to buy a PS5. Finally got one and the slim has been great. There are no issues. I really like that size is smaller then the OG PS5. Online people were talking about overheating seems not to have that issue so far.

Legitimately the best product I could've purchased. Powerful console capable of handling the upmost graphically challenging AAA titles without issue, most affordable device in comparison to powerful PC devices, surpassing my expectations. Blu-ray DvD player, Apps, Powerful Gaming Device. I wish I knew the names of the employees who helped me decide in my desire, bc they were highly friendly, helpful, and considerate. As someone who’s been an Xbox person for at least a decade I was hesitant to buy a PS5. However, the feature of the controller, the cinematic style of the exclusives, and the fact I know so many people with PS5’s…I wish I had gotten one sooner.

It is exactly what you would demand from Sony. Yes we all know there is a heating issue, but with basic upkeep like making sure you clear the dust from the vent, you will enjoy a long life.

I got this for my dad a year ago as a gift and he absolutely loves it. He plays his video games every single day with no problem. Best gift ever.
