My favorite things about this system are the dualsense controllers. (What an amazing addition!) And the wifi6. Downloads are amazingly noticeably faster than competitive systems, which are otherwise great.

Customer Service is Terrible

When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

It can run games at a very high fps and the quality of games look amazing. I also love that you can play some ps4 games on it!

The family is very happy with this purchase so i couldn't ask for much more.
