Got this as open box deal. Very pleased with price point, presentation, and quality. Purchase was straight forward and the employee who helped choose and complete the purchase was knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. Also, I am in the I.T. field and can attest that the employees here are knowledgeable about their products which would definitely make the shopping experience smooth for those who may not be as knowledgeable with certain products. They will answer your questions and provide comparisons thoroughly.

I can't give it a 5-star for two reasons: I've had it freeze twice while playing a PS4 game (RDR2) which never happened on my 4. I would expect that a newer console should come with more storage as games are have larger file sizes but I don't think that's the case with the 5.

Recently purchased, picture quality is amazing. It does need some room for air as I find it to really get hot. Overall we are super happy with the purchase. I wanted the option to be able to purchase the physical disks as well however it is not necessary.

I love the PS5. A great upgrade from the PS4. Easy to set up and has great graphics. Does take a little time to learn the new operating system, but I enjoy it more than the PS4. My only wish is that there was more storage - when importing my games from my old PS4, the storage completely filled up.

Amazing console and the smaller size helps with spacing. Only issue is the possibility of overheating.

This is my first gaming system in a long time, and I'm fully satisfied. The graphics are a huge jump up from anything I've used, and its power is unmatched.

PS5 is the best. Great customer service experience.

Love how slim it is compared to the older model. Runs heck of alot better then my series x.
