Well, I finally caved and I haven’t thought twice. I’ve owned every PlayStation since the original, and the PS5 feels like the biggest upgrade from one generation to the next, since the the PS1 to PS2. Even the controller feels like I’m holding the future. This thing is the real deal and the clear and obvious choice for anyone looking to game in 2024.

Customer service was awesome. Got PlayStation premium and had access to a ton of games. It’s an awesome device, got it for the Final Fantasy 7 remake, i’m used to playing games on the nintendo switch, the graphics are a lot better on the PS5, would recommend.

I like physical media so the disk drive version was a must. The controller is near perfection; comfortable to hold and the haptic feedback is great. I thought that would be a gimmick but I was wrong, so cool!
