Could have been better

The front plate came off as soon as my daughter open it, there were stains that I had to wipe off and a dust ball had had to get out with tweezers. Other than that the Playstation worked fine. Kind of disappointed because I have gotten open box things from Best buy before.

Scammers

Got the package and it had no disc drive. Contacted customer support and told me to go to nearest retailer. Told me they had it, but charged me an extra $50 and it ended up being a PS5 slim. Told me I could reorder it but no guarantee it’ll be what I ordered.

Great purchase

May have to to get back in to get the voice Automator off.
