My PS5 is what I had hoped it would be. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I enjoy the feel of the controller in my hand. I also appreciate its overall futuristic aesthetic. While I haven't gotten a chance to do much gaming, I am looking forward to seeing how it's improved on the previous generation of PlayStation.

decided to upgrade from the first gen PS5 digital I had. This one works so much better, haven’t had any issues with my games lagging.

I recently got my hands on the PS5 Slim, and I’m really impressed with it. The first thing I noticed was how much smaller and sleeker it is compared to the original model, which makes it fit perfectly in my set up without taking up too much space. I love that I’m getting the same incredible gaming experience in a more compact and convenient package. For anyone who values both performance and space-saving design, the PS5 Slim is an excellent choice.

I switched from a Xbox one to a PlayStation, and yes I know that there will be an obvious difference because of PlayStation being way newer than the Xbox one. But the one thing I love way more about PlayStation is the controllers, I have noticed they are way more comfortable and my aim got extremely better after playing on PlayStation, now I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I love how the controller has a built in mic, and you can change the sensitivity on the buttons. The PlayStation also has a 1TB storage which is nice. PlayStations graphics are amazing but you do have to have the right monitor/ tv for that as well. Overall this product is amazing. I do recommend getting this if you like single player games, because Xbox has way more multiplayer games, and I did enjoy that. When playing on PlayStation do keep in mind that multiplayer games that you pay for can only be played if you buy PlayStation plus, you can’t just buy a game and automatically be able to play online, I just learned that (ik I’m late). But overall I love it!

Purchased last month as I wanted to upgrade from the ps4 pro , I’m very happy with the ps5 so far it works flawlessly the game graphics are incredible the system is fast it’s very easy to learn to navigate the options. I picked up the media remote as well from play station it’s a nice option for control of the ps5 . The shape of the console is weird to me but oh well designers have a plan I guess .i would say it needs more storage from the factory 1TB is decent but you’ll definitely have to upgrade to accommodate multiple games .

Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

The PlayStation 5 exceeded all my expectations. The graphics quality, system speed, and immersive experience are absolutely incredible. The DualSense controller brings games to life with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Playing on this console truly feels like next-gen gaming. My shopping experience with Best Buy was also outstanding. I ordered online and picked it up in-store. The process was fast, well-organized, and the staff was super friendly. I was able to buy a new ps5 so I was going to buy elsewhere but Bestbuy was faster and had what I wanted in-stock which was the ps5 slim with a controller I wanted in a different color.

It is working fine. I have not experienced any difficulties as of yet. Thanks.

PS5 slim is just like a regular PS5 that released, but smaller! Makes it so it doesn't occupy lot's of space. Recommend to those who are wanting to get into gaming!

I love how the device it self it’s build and the verity of colors and designs there are

bought this as a christmas present for my mom to upgrade her from the ps4. resolution and smoother gameplay by far even with a limited edition ps4. mom loves it and now its easier for us to game together. If you're wondering if the upgrade is necessary or worth it I promise that you will see a big difference in gameplay.

Since we bought the PlayStation, not a single day has gone by without us using it. I love it for relaxing and having a good time, but the best part has been seeing my son so happy with it. I gave it to him as a gift, and he’s completely in love with it — he doesn’t want to let go of the controller!
