Wish there was a USB type-A on the front, but thats the only functionality issue I have with the hardware. As far as software, I'm not a fan of the menu. The GUI is a bit of a mess. the rows are not intuitive and its cumbersome to get to the things you want to get to. The PS3 had the best GUI and each generation seems to be getting worse. I also noticed how poorly integrated headphone volume is integrated. I was co-oping Bloodborne with a friend and had earbuds plugged into the controller. it is constant work trying to get the game volume and party volume balanced. I would have to manually change the game volume so it doesnt overpower the voice chat. Also, on PS4, if I was playing bloodborne and used the spotify app, the game music would automatically mute (a nice detail!). However, this feature appears to be lost on PS5 or perhaps it only works with certain PS5 games. The performance is obviously leagues ahead of the PS4 so no issues with running games. Its also easy to transfer saves from a PS4 to a PS5 with just a flashdrive. Overall, The UI and functionality is worse than the PS4, but performance is obviously leagues ahead, and I like the controller more.

Not the biggest playstation fan but still really nice and decently fast plus it has a disc drive which i am really happy about... i am still the kind of person that like having the hard copy of something. No issues with speed or anything like that... i havent hooked it up to anything but a tv so i am sure i am missing out on a little performance but sill a very nice picture for movies or gaming

I do not regret pulling the trigger to finally get one of these. The shelves were full of them and they had plenty of in store games. I got the PGA Road to the Masters and off I went. Plus you definitely need the wireless remote and charging dock. Amazing.

Works as youd expect a console to operate. Ordering process was simple, and pick was great. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The clerk was professional and friendly.

Bought the PS5 as a birthday present and it was a huge hit. The console is fast, quiet, and the graphics are amazing. Definitely worth the purchase and an excellent gift for any gamer

It is exactly what you would demand from Sony. Yes we all know there is a heating issue, but with basic upkeep like making sure you clear the dust from the vent, you will enjoy a long life.

Although this item was the same price as other stores, I'm happy I'm protected with my total protection plus membership. that is one of the reasons we purchased it at Best Buy. We love the sleek futuristic look.

Before i bought this consol I was worryed i would only use it as a blue ray player. Now after owning it for a little while i am releved that i realy enjoy playing games on it aswell
