Especially liked the opportunity to get an Open Box model in perfect condition that saved us some money so we bought some new games. It looked brand new with all the orginal paperwork and packaging. Also, the shipping was literally only one day, that was amazing! We highly recommend ordering from Best Buy Online.

Only problem, it starts making a loud sound after extended time of use. Purchased a cooling fan for the system but it still makes a loud noise. Been having for almost a year and it makes that loud machine noise when turned on, but then it subsides.

The PS5 slim model does not get too hot, even after hours of constant gameplay. Looks great on 4k TV sound is great on my surround sound set up. Between disc based, digital downloads, or streaming older games, there is a huge catalog of games to explore. Highly recommend!
