Son loves it plays every weekend when out of school

Best console on the market super smooth and easy to use. Was a huge xbox fan but honestly now I'm now both! But shoppin at best buy was a smart choice scannin the QR code and putting my order in made me even skip the line! I was in and out!

I was always an Xbox fan and still am. I finally got a PlayStation for the first time owning one and love it. The setup is easy and like that this console can stand upright or laid down. I went with the disc option because I like to still have a hard copy of some games that I feel are classics to own. The controllers are great and very quiet when mashing buttons smooth control and I really like that they have built in batteries and rechargeable. The PS5 is a great buy and I would recommend getting one even if your not so into gaming it’s great to have for company and yourself on days you just want to live in our world and play in theirs. Must buy for children and adults

Awesome! I absolutely love it! It’s the best gaming console ever. I have no regrets. It’s super fast, and the gaming experience is incredible. The graphics are beautiful. The PlayStation itself is really nice. It’s made of high-quality materials and has a great design.

Better than PlayStation 4 by far. Our 4 no longer powered up so we upgraded. No system fails at all we are not huge addicted gamers but we do enjoy fast action with no video interruptions. We have now owned this awhile and no issues

I loved the process of purchasing the PS5. I ordered it and within an hour or 2 I was able to pick it up. I was very happy with the customer service and how smooth everything was. I literally walked in and walked out. The box was in perfect condition and everything was inside. I’ve been playing on my console for a couple weeks now and it’s been nothing but great. I haven’t had any problems or concerns. I will definitely be a loyal customer and buy more items in the near future as today I just pre-ordered EA FC 25 and I’m sure it’ll go as smoothly as this purchase. My dad got one of the original ps5s by some sheer stroke of luck. After playing it on and off for a long while I decided I needed one for myself, and I'm glad I got one!

For first PlayStation 5 I love it. If I had anything to tell someone about to get it. Make sure to get external hard drive, the game and updates will eat up memory. Otherwise the graphics and capabilities with this is great enjoy.

Best gift to get for family and makes a very nice piece for living rooms. My brother has been wanting one for a while and I’m very happy to be able to get him one at a great price.

The PS5 works really well and is much better than the PS4, just one benefit is I no longer need to hear the PS4 loud fan anymore

The PlayStation 5 is absolutely incredible. The graphics are stunning, and the speed is unmatched—it loads games almost instantly. The DualSense controller is a game-changer with its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. I’ve been enjoying smooth gameplay, great exclusives, and an overall premium experience. If you’re serious about gaming, this console is 100% worth it!

Purchased an open box and did a trade in, staff was very kind and process was very easy! product inside was working perfectly and was only missing one the stands but I intended to replace those with an after market one anyway.

Way smaller then the original I like this a lot better than my old original ps5 it’s basically travel size!!

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve had my PlayStation five for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It has a disc drive so I can play my old games and new games Blu-ray, DVDs and CDs. I could never go fully digital so it’s nice to have the disc drive. I have about nine games on it and it hasn’t filled up memory yet. I stream daily, off of streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu. I like how it upscales the PlayStation 4 games and the system navigation is super easy to maneuver. Also, the game catalog is stacked and they’re releasing new games. I highly recommend the PlayStation 5 to anyone. There’s literally something for everybody.
