    I ordered this item for delivery since they ran out of stock in store and got excited the day of arrival. The packing was clean, delivered with care, and the performance is like no other. I would definitely recommend this product!

    Honestly I didn't know what I as getting into when purchasing an OPEN BOX ps5 from Best Buy. I purchased online and picked up in store. I also traded in my old PS4. Directions for trade in could have been a little better (e.g. you NEED to bring it with you when picking up the item). the console itself seems to be in pretty good condition. Working great so far a few weeks in. Couple of scratches but very minor.

    The play station 5 is a great gaming console! I love all the exclusive games Sony has to offer. 120 fps is very smooth, I don’t ever get below that when I’m gaming

    GREATEST CONSOLE EVER!!!! Last owned console was a PS4 and in a positive way there’s not a major difference in feel. Great games as well
