I had to trade in an openbox ps5 that had issues and they were real good getting things settled without question. They made it right.

It's a PS5, no negatives about it. I personally chose this console that has a disc drive so I can buy used games at a fraction of the price than buying digitally. I did have to pay more for this product compared to the promotional version which included a game because my local BB was out of stock.
