After many years I finally decided to buy a PS5. It performs well. The only gripe I have is when I connect a headset to the controller the sound cuts out frequently. I am not sure what is the reason as I have looked into how to fix the issue numerous times but the issue doesn't go away.

I bought the PlayStation 5 in this store and the experience has been impeccable. The console is a beast: non-existent loading times and graphics that leave you with your mouth open. The shipment was safe and arrived perfectly protected. It's worth every penny!

This was purchased for my grandson who loves gaming and i've had to pull him away from the gaming screen. He says it is smooth operating and deliverance of game performance and frame rate is without glitches or drops. Not too crazy about it not coming with a stand though, otherwise it's a gamer's dream come true.

The slimmer profile makes it easier to store in places where the original version would not fit. Wish these came with minimum 2 TB storage, but easy to upgrade regardless. Excellent gaming system overall.

My PS5 is what I had hoped it would be. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I enjoy the feel of the controller in my hand. I also appreciate its overall futuristic aesthetic. While I haven't gotten a chance to do much gaming, I am looking forward to seeing how it's improved on the previous generation of PlayStation.

The PlayStation 5 exceeded all my expectations. The graphics quality, system speed, and immersive experience are absolutely incredible. The DualSense controller brings games to life with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Playing on this console truly feels like next-gen gaming. My shopping experience with Best Buy was also outstanding. I ordered online and picked it up in-store. The process was fast, well-organized, and the staff was super friendly. I switched from a Xbox one to a PlayStation, and yes I know that there will be an obvious difference because of PlayStation being way newer than the Xbox one. But the one thing I love way more about PlayStation is the controllers, I have noticed they are way more comfortable and my aim got extremely better after playing on PlayStation, now I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I love how the controller has a built in mic, and you can change the sensitivity on the buttons. The PlayStation also has a 1TB storage which is nice. PlayStations graphics are amazing but you do have to have the right monitor/ tv for that as well. Overall this product is amazing. I do recommend getting this if you like single player games, because Xbox has way more multiplayer games, and I did enjoy that. When playing on PlayStation do keep in mind that multiplayer games that you pay for can only be played if you buy PlayStation plus, you can’t just buy a game and automatically be able to play online, I just learned that (ik I’m late). But overall I love it!

Since we bought the PlayStation, not a single day has gone by without us using it. I love it for relaxing and having a good time, but the best part has been seeing my son so happy with it. I gave it to him as a gift, and he’s completely in love with it — he doesn’t want to let go of the controller! The quality is excellent, the graphics are stunning, and the system runs incredibly fast. It’s a console that’s truly worth every penny. Even better, it’s brought us closer together as a family by sharing fun moments playing together. If you’re looking for something fun, entertaining, and high-quality, this PlayStation is the perfect choice. 100% recommended!

I love my upgrade! I’ve been playing on PS system since the first one released in America and I’ve always been satisfied! The game selection has gotten better, but I will say a con is the amount of storage available for access and saves. You can replace the memory chip inside to resolve that, but that’s a lot of work and more money on something that should come with a minimum of 1TB.
