I ordered this online. It was so quick and easy to pick this product up. I have been enjoying using this, playing games and all the apps that can be used on ps5.

Product is great and works as described. Would recommend. Be weary of the PlayStation portal it seems that they have not worked out all of the bugs yet and it will not connect about 70% of the time.

I baught a PS5 for my son an he loves it. The customer service waz great!!! I didn't have to wait in line, the guy that waited on me waz really helpful an answered all my questions. I'm for sure gonna be shopping more at Best Buy!!!
