One of the best PlayStation consoles since the PS2. I just wish they would do more backwards compatibility with discs. It is great with the ability to customize the faceplates. And accessibility to the extra ssd slot as well as the repair ability.

My son bought this PS5 for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas and needless to say we haven’t heard from him since! His mom has had to hide her debit card so he doesn’t order games! Just kidding. He loves it and that’s all that matters but his time has to be limited or he’ll stay on it all day.

I ordered an open box item to save a few bucks. The console arrived in a kind of loosely packaged. One of the white panels might have broken off but I kind of got back on there. The playstation seems to be running just fine, but there one a moment where it seemed as though the previous owners information was still on the console. I'm a bit worried ill have issues with the panel if I want to travel with the system.

I love my ps5, didnt think i would really notice much of a difference from the ps4, thats y it took me so long to upgrade, but man im really glad i finally did!

The ps5 is an incredible machine with a notable drop in screen loading time, making the gaming experience seamless. It supports all of our straming apps and the memory is plenty for our gaming needs. Colors are delicious and frame rate is buttery smooth

The PS5 is a great system. Although I did have an issue with the manner in which it communicated with my TVs as well as the external SSD. After factory reset the problem seems to be solved. My problem now and this weekend was with BestBuy. I have been a cardholder for years but since I am not a "subscriber" for extra money they were not willing to assist with the issue stated above and I could not return the PS5 due to my lack of additional subscription. Do you wonder why people are buying things online over retail stores? Maybe retail shouldn't go in on the retail version of a streaming service. Money, money, money!

Great system but does need lots of updates. Graphics are awesome and having the ability to download new games on the fly is great.

Everything looked new but had a used price tag. I am not upset about that at all.

Not a big difference from ps4. Although updated interface I think the update of platform was premature
