Great game console. I’d always had brought XBox systems, debated which to buy. I glad I chose the PlayStation.

Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

The PS5 Slim is a solid console that feels like what the PS4 and even what the launch PS5 should have been. It runs games nicely and doesn’t have any of the cooling issues from the previous generation of the console, on top of the fact it is far more physically manageable to store with its smaller size. You’re really not getting any substantial improvement with the Pro so the Slim is basically the better option (especially if you get it with the disc drive, and you should get it with that). Also it’s backwards compatible so you can play PS4 games that you either have already or intend to get. Unfortunately the system suffers the same problem of the PS4 by not having enough memory to store a lot of the bigger AAA games which are now data hogs, because the big studios don’t compress game data like they’re supposed to anymore.

The game console is really good. It works very smooth and when I went to go pick it up, the boy was very helpful and kind.

Everything feels new about the PlayStation console, right from its unusual design to its fantastic controller and even the UI. Turning on the console and getting it up and running is quite similar to how the PS4 is but there are tiny bit tweaks to the UI. For starters, the entirety of its UI is taken over by game titles and media streaming services. Both neatly segregated into sections. The menu and everything else pops up when you tap the PS button which is also known as the Home button.

I recently picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The console runs incredibly smooth and fast—loading times are almost non-existent compared to my old system. The graphics are stunning, and games feel so much more immersive with the DualSense controller. I’ve already spent hours playing and enjoying every moment. Ordering through Best Buy was easy, and the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the PS5 and the shopping experience. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading, I highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

I bought the PlayStation 5 in this store and the experience has been impeccable. The console is a beast: non-existent loading times and graphics that leave you with your mouth open. The shipment was safe and arrived perfectly protected. It's worth every penny!

This was purchased for my grandson who loves gaming and i've had to pull him away from the gaming screen. He says it is smooth operating and deliverance of game performance and frame rate is without glitches or drops. Not too crazy about it not coming with a stand though, otherwise it's a gamer's dream come true.

The slimmer profile makes it easier to store in places where the original version would not fit. Wish these came with minimum 2 TB storage, but easy to upgrade regardless. Excellent gaming system overall.

The PlayStation 5 exceeded all my expectations. The graphics quality, system speed, and immersive experience are absolutely incredible. The DualSense controller brings games to life with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Playing on this console truly feels like next-gen gaming. My shopping experience with Best Buy was also outstanding. I ordered online and picked it up in-store. The process was fast, well-organized, and the staff was super friendly. My PS5 is what I had hoped it would be. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I enjoy the feel of the controller in my hand. I also appreciate its overall futuristic aesthetic. While I haven't gotten a chance to do much gaming, I am looking forward to seeing how it's improved on the previous generation of PlayStation.

The PS5 wasn’t just grate it was excellent. I mean the design of it was eye catching . With the storage capacity that I had as a first time gamer , I was bale to download multiple games and play with my friends online. One of the main reason why I like the PS5 was it’s medium size, making it easy to travel with as a soldier and still connect with my friends and family in the gaming world. My experience so far has been amazing.
