Happy! And everything works great! Glad Best Buy still had the one with the physical disk.

You can really tell the difference between the PS4 and the PS5 graphics are so much more smoother. Loading isn’t that long, loads up everything fairly quick.

Upgraded from the Ps4. Mostly good. Wish the Ps5 came with more storage, as games nowadays have at least a 100Gb capacity or higher even. Performance is much better compared to the Ps4, although not perfect. Overall, this was a good buy.

Runs fast downloads fast. The interface is nice and has better features than Xbox

The graphics are a step up from the ps4 and everything loads so much faster. The performance you're wanting is there. I would recommend upgrading to the ps5

I pulled up parked and they brought it out to me. From the moment of purchase to sitting down playing my new PS5 was 2 hours time. You can’t beat that. It works well. If you live in a rural area, make sure you have adequate downloading speeds, otherwise it will take a while to download games. It plays PS4 games without Internet connection. Kiddo is quite happy with the system.

I am a lifelong PlayStation owner and I really love the size and profile of the machine. I really wanted to be able to use the discs from my PS4 so I’m glad that my local store had this version in stock. Good quality picture. Easy to set up and use. Great machine.

Purchased this PS5 open box for a great price and ended up buying another for my son about a week later because his was damaged and needed to be replaced. The open box price was about the same as what it would have cost me to ship off the old one to be officially diagnosed and repaired. I had a few issues with system errors trying to place the order online but customer service did a great job of helping me resolve the problem and I was overall very happy with it this purchase. Everything was in great condition and is fully covered under warranty. I even bought an extra games, a controller, and a charger with some of the money I saved on this deal!

I got this for my boyfriend & I'm so glad that I did, what an incredible game console. I can't wait to get him the dual sense remote so he can play with his friends
