I ordered an open box item to save a few bucks. The console arrived in a kind of loosely packaged. One of the white panels might have broken off but I kind of got back on there. The playstation seems to be running just fine, but there one a moment where it seemed as though the previous owners information was still on the console. I'm a bit worried ill have issues with the panel if I want to travel with the system.

I love my ps5, didnt think i would really notice much of a difference from the ps4, thats y it took me so long to upgrade, but man im really glad i finally did!

My son bought this PS5 for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas and needless to say we haven’t heard from him since! His mom has had to hide her debit card so he doesn’t order games! Just kidding. He loves it and that’s all that matters but his time has to be limited or he’ll stay on it all day.

Works as expected and my daughter loved it. Would give it 5 stars but I haven’t seen her since she got the ps5.

The ps5 is an incredible machine with a notable drop in screen loading time, making the gaming experience seamless. It supports all of our straming apps and the memory is plenty for our gaming needs. Colors are delicious and frame rate is buttery smooth

My grandchildren have the PS5 at home and use it frequently. I purchased this one from Best Buy so they could play with it here at my house also.

Great system but does need lots of updates. Graphics are awesome and having the ability to download new games on the fly is great.

The PS5 is a great system. Although I did have an issue with the manner in which it communicated with my TVs as well as the external SSD. After factory reset the problem seems to be solved. My problem now and this weekend was with BestBuy. I have been a cardholder for years but since I am not a "subscriber" for extra money they were not willing to assist with the issue stated above and I could not return the PS5 due to my lack of additional subscription. Do you wonder why people are buying things online over retail stores? Maybe retail shouldn't go in on the retail version of a streaming service. Money, money, money!

I'd recommend also buying a stand and a controller charging dock for it (+1 controller if you'll use it)

We love the console. We just hate we hadn't gotten one earlier. We ordered pickup online. The process was super easy.

Major upgrade SONY quality 2nd to none, PS is still King

After swapping over from the Xbox One S to the Sony PS5 I can honestly say that I really like how fast the PS5 loads into games and also how I am able to run on 120 FPS.

Ive been an avid Playstation fan ever since I was little. Started from ps2 to ps3 slim, ps4 slim and now ps5 slim. The slims never fail to disappoint I absolutely love the console. I play more siege and cyberpunk than anything but the 130 frames is a perfect upgrade from the original 60fps.

I’m having so much fun playing with my dad my friends and family also connecting the controller to other things to play with it.

Good price and I was able to get it the same day the only thing is the ps5 needs to make more games
