The selection of titkes is mediocre and there are rated M games in there so not get best choice for kids. The best thing to do with it is to mod it to okay your own games

The actualy physical piece is excellent. The emulator and games feel a bit off and cheap. Almost feels like a rushed job. But to be able to play those classics is great.

I mean it’s $40,I don’t see why not get it.its a got a few good games but that’s it the rest sucks,I give it credit it’s look/feels amazing the actual mini ps one

I picked this up for $20 when it was on sale and wouldn't recommend spending a dollar more for it. It has some ok games that come preinstalled on it, my favorite being Syphon Filter. I had fun reminiscing the times I originally played it in the early 2000s. I picked this up for my little girls thinking they would have fun playing it and they do but not for long. The controller cords are very short, maybe about 3 feet long and it doesn't come with a power cord. I used an old micro usb power block that I had laying around. Anything more than $20 and you're wasting your money.

Dont waste your money on this system. The quality is horrible and only had 4 games that were classic PS1 games. $100 for this system??? Retuened it and got my money back. Now its $60 to buy the PS1... Still too much. Wait till it drops to $25

I followed the release and reviews of this console closely, and I saw the disappointment from so many reviewers. While growing up, I was a Nintendo player, but not so much PlayStation. My boyfriend in high school had the PS1, and since I have always loved car-racing games, we played a lot of that. However, I'm not into the hard-core gaming that so many love the PlayStation for. Considering I bought this at a rock-bottom price, it was a good purchase to me. If you or the recipient of this console is not terribly picky, this is an easy way to play some classic PlayStation games.

If you are looking to relive the past, do not get this. There aren't really many games that are any good. If you want a specific game, go ahead.

The console has about 20 games. Some I like, some, not so much. I wish it had a feature to add more games. Overall, you get classic PlayStation games with the convenience of not depending on discs or A/V cables.

Included games and game performance is disappointing. However once modified it is much better and actually a fun system.

This is the nice game system is very small and very compact and has a lot of great games already installed. So all you have to do is take it along wherever you go it’s great for travel game system

I think for the price they could’ve put a few more games on it. The games are geared more toward older people so I don’t think younger kids would have much fun with it. If you grew up on the PlayStation one I think you will enjoy it.

I mostly got this for nostalgia reasons. Although the game selection could've been better, but the framerate and emulator Sony should've done a better job.

I read a fair amount of negative reviews on the PS Classic as far as graphics and the controls go and I can understand. Since the gaming list had about 5 games I grew up with and loved and the price dropped from $100 to $80, I had to give it a shot. I've always been a Final Fantasy 7 Fan and honestly if that is all that was on here I'd say it was worth the money. The graphics and controls are all the same as I remembered. I'm primarily playing FF7 for now, but I've messed around with a few other games and found that Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil are just as they used to be. Twisted Metal was the only game that I found to be really lagging on the controls. This was the perfect buy for me as I have a lot of history with many of these titles. If that is the case with you, then it is a must buy.

This is a fun little set for those of us that remember the old video games. It’s fun to show our son how it was when we were his age.... I would recommend for anyone that wants to take a trip down memory lane. Price is right.

I do like this for a great flash back. I picked it up for 20 bucks. Could use some better games but no complaints. Hopefully they make a second addition.

If you know what you’re buying it’s great. If you think it’s going to reinvent gaming it’s not. It’s a fun little system that could do a lot more than it does. But I for one am loving it.

I played it at home and brought nostalgia but it got boring real quick. So now I installed into my car it’s fun for road trips or just chilling in the car!

Good Console cant wait to be hacked the 20 games only 5 are great but the rest are not that hardcore games from Sony but hacker will find the way to add games to it

We have all the retro video game systems and we were excited to hear about the original PlayStation being added to our collection but the games are not that great.
