In my opinion, this system is worth the price/purchase for Metal Gear Solid and Syphon Filter alone. MGS is my all-time favorite series, and Syphon Filter was probably the game I rented most from good ol' BlockBuster back in the day :)

Good but too expensive. Def wait for it to go on sale like now. At $99 when mini Nintendo’s were cheaper with better games, it didn’t make sense. Playstation fail.

I purchased the classic console for my son because he loves everything from old to new. He knows how to mod it so that will come in handy. So far no complaints and I got it at half price, so no complaints from me either lol.

This was the best thing Nintendo could have done. I purchased this for the older adults in the home to play periodically as th younger people play the newer games and it's a hit. Thoroughly enjoyed and is highly recommended.

I remember when I was a young and broke when the original PS1 came out in the 90s. I waited years to get one and it was worth it. with the new classic PS! I feel like a kid again. I highly recommend this to all to reminisce the classic.

I was not going to buy this full price. Nope. But when it was knocked down to 40 I felt I should give it a shot. And for $40 I'm pleasantly surprised with it. Ive fixed the issues with the games and have had plenty of fun with it.

The games were not any good games for the original PlayStation.. expected more, was disappointed.

I bought this just because it was $20 at the time. At full price this definitely would not have been worth it considering other mini systems that are out there. The game selection is ok and the only reason I give it a five.

It’s just okay. PAL version of games (not NTSC), and it doesn’t feel that premium. Worth it if you’ve been dying to play any of these games and don’t mind the $$

This was a great bargain find. While the initial game list is a decent selection of different classic ps1 titles, tech-savvy types can find other ways to bypass this and add more. *hint hint*

My son asked for this game for Christmas. I preordered it and it was available when promised. He has played the games and he loves it.

I’m 47 years old now and I still having difficulty playing games in 3d, in other words I coudn’t keep up playing with my kids. Now that I have my 2d games like this one, I beat them once in a while. Good job sony!

This could've been so much better on the software that was used. The game titles and regions are a let down. Wait til it's a rock bottom price to buy.

It’s pretty much like the original with a twist here and there. I remember the graphics to be better on the original, but I may be mistaken. Cool as heck and I don’t have to switch discs to play a different game.

They could have and should have put more effort on recreating the old iconic system that started it all. Maybe one day they will.

Well, to begin with, this is the original PS1 but of course along the way everything get's upgraded. This can be a display for having one.

It’s clear Sony didn’t put a lot of effort into this thing. Definitely not worth $100. I payed $20 and intend to hack it to its full potential.

Nice for kids 3-5 Years old..graphics are from a previous generation however few games are good.

I Got this for a great discount because the system is not the best on emulation and games library. however you can do a lot of this with this if you can get your hand at good price.

A fun piece of Nostalgia - Just wish the games were better... If you're into the games, you will love.
