Great Product, Poor Execution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's only a code that is sent to you via e-mail yet, it is not sent to you instantly. Had to call customer service after 5 hours of waiting. After I called, only then I received the e-mail w/ the code. There must be a way Best Buy could make this process automated and I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to. That is only reason why I would not recommend this.

More than 24 hours and still did not get the code

Even though I called costumer support but they put me in a waiting for a 5 minuts after that no any response. Need excellent support guys thats very bad support from bestbuy. I can not recommend any body to buy any thing from bestbuy.com becouse thier bad support. Except if they change what is in my mind now. ( this is the first time for me to purchase from bestbuy.com and my review depends on what I found in this first time) Thanks and Best Regads to every body Ayman

Code did not even work
