“Excellent Condition” Was Definitely Not the Case

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this PlayStation 5 Console – NBA 2K26 Bundle listed as open box in excellent condition with everything included, but that’s not what showed up. The controller was dirty, the console had visible scratches, and it didn’t even arrive in a PlayStation box. For something advertised as “excellent,” the condition was really disappointing. On top of that, the NBA 2K26 game voucher wasn’t included at all, which was supposed to be part of the bundle. Shipping also took over two weeks after ordering on December 29th, right after the holiday season. Between the missing game, the condition of the console, and the long wait, the whole experience was frustrating.

Games run smoothly, load times are fast, and the performance is a noticeable upgrade compared to older systems. The controller feels responsive and adds a bit to the gameplay experience. That said, storage fills up pretty quickly depending on the games you install, and expanding it can get a bit expensive. The interface is fine, though it can feel a little cluttered at times. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do and is a reliable gaming system with strong performance.
