Usb drives review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These usb drives worked w/o fault. The price was super great. Shipping was great, free when i think back. I got them to back up photos from a old cell phone as 5g was coming in. Those phone cameras were great and i had good archival photos and i could have saved them onto dvds or multiple cds. I chose these usb drives. They worked excently and time will tell how longed they are. Just a note. I had and still have some once write cds i had also for archival of data that developed mold within the layers. All in all, these usbdrives are a bargain.

So slow and inconsistent

USB2.0 should be a steady 8MB/sec the drive I was using was all over the place occasionally stopping even but never sustained reads at speed. Don’t waste you money. Buy something better because your transfers will be slow. I confirmed with a SanDisk drive in the same port that the issue was with the PNY drive.
