Q: I bought this product, brought it home and plugged it in and get nothing, no icon, nothing in my PC, storage, etc . I have a windows 10 computer and have used other flash drives with no problem....

A: 1.Before you attack to devise check that you have moved the slider completely open, you’ll hear a snap sound. 2.Attach to your device. It will take almost a minute or 2 for some devices to recognize the flash drive, normally I attach to my device and right away without pause I open File Explorer formally Windows Explorer, I navigate to folder / files I want to back up and before I know it my device has recognized the flash drive and I see it added in File Explorer as D: drive, you might see a different letter.
