    Bought this to put in my laptop and so happy I did. My laptop was running so slow before and now it starts super fast and runs great.

    Had to get this option for a laptop whose harddrive went splat. Excellent SSD, and while only 500 gb, has not ran out on us yet!

    I used the drive to replace a defective HDD in a Toshiba laptop around six years old. It installed easily, fit perfectly and I had the discs that had been burned when the laptop was new so windows installed with little trouble. I was even able to upgrade to win-10. The solid state drive is faster than the old HDD and the computer works fine with it. good repair/upgrade by this 80 year old geezer.

    The SSD was very good and make your computer runs faster immediately. The only disadvantage was PNY does not provide software to clone hard disk if you want to upgrade your system. It would make people buy bigger drive when they upgrade it.

    This hard drive was to replace and older non-SSD hard drive. It has been working great for the past 2 months and is considerably faster than my old hard drive. I have been changing over to SSD in other computers with no problems.
