    Very expensive. Had to buy a protection package before they would even agree to work on a computer I bought there. Very frustrating. Computer much improved with their repairs but they were unable to recover anything.

    I was looking for more space for my laptop and purchased this drive just to find out it didn’t match my laptop. I was so upset that the worker just wanted to make a sale and didn’t even check to make sure it was the correct drive for my laptop, definitely gave me a negative outlook of best buy.

    The drive itself is fine . The problem I had was in did not come with clone software . There should be a disclaimer stating it does come with software . I am used to it coming with a drive. So I bout a brick .
