PNY for manufacturing such garbage or bestbuy for selling me this trash and then making the return process a giant headache. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. Not only is it the most tight fitting usb flash drive I've ever used but sliding it open and closed is next to impossible. It's almost like they want you to break it on accident with normal use. Reading other reviews I'm not the only one to experience this. You can find out the hard way if you really want to.

HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE IN WORK TRY, AND THEY COULDN'T EITHER. SEEMS TO BE STUCK ON A TAB INSIDE THE HOUSING. Will see if I get it back. called store 4 weeks after repair dropped off (dropped 9/5/2020 and called 10/4/2020 and said part were in, would repair and call me. 8 days later spent 1 hour on phone to get hung up on 2 times from Chino store. Tried chat. Tried Geek squad, no answer, I will drive over there, and if not ready, will blow up some more reviews

After a few seconds it would start a sawtooth pattern. Overheating? and then restarting after cool down? Each cycle was around 1 second. Had to wait on hold for an hour to return.

It only worked with some of the 3,609 downloaded songs. I switched to SanDisk flash drive on both my Apple and my H/P. Once switched by Geek Squad everything worked perfectly.
