Replacement for noisy card

Super upgrade from Business class video card

Won't let my computer boot up

My son in law, a fiber optics manager and computer guru, went to install it. It showed the change but would not let his computer boot back up to finish the installation. I told him to go by Best Buy and tell them his problem. I will see him this Sunday and see if they helped him or gave him advice.
