Not Compatible. Poor Geek Squad Support.

No explanation as to why the PNY is not compatible. Found a Crucial module from Amazon that worked just fine. Geek Squad at Tempe store (Matt) was very helpful, but the module would not boot and they only had one item in stock. So off to other stores. Unfortunately Geek Squad at Awatukee were zero help (no advice without a service order). Geek Squad at Chandler was a *real* jerk (seemed to take pleasure in NOT being helpful at all). I got more tech support from the kids on the sales floor than at the help desk there. So back to the Tempe store, and more helpful advice from Matt. Ultimately returned the memory as not compatible.

Cosmetic damage but functional

It was still functional and I don’t believe in waste so I used it anyway. But, Best Buy should do a better in quality control of its products it keeps.

Misleading picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item online to pick up at the store, the picture online showed 2 sticks of ram and when i went to pick it up it was only 1 stick of ram and the packaging was completely different. if i would have known i was just buying 1 stick i would have looked elsewhere for a cheaper deal.
