This is a 16Gb flash drive with a retractable tip, plastic casing and a keychain loop. It fits smoothly into USB slots and works with both Mac and PC computers. It comes formatted and ready to go. The loop on the end accommodates both keychains or lanyards

These thumb drives work exactly as expected unless there is no contact. Sometimes a casual insertion into a USB jack does not make contact; a little jiggling and pushing can alleviate this problem. But one jack I use often is at the end of a UBS cable and none of the 5 thumb drives made contact with that jack (but other USB plugs I have work fine).

These flash drives are perfect for transferring files between friends and coworkers. They have essentially replaced the old CD-ROMs.

I use these to backup sll my music, pictures snd computer files. Works great!

These flash drives are okay, but why doesn't the end that goes into your device have some sort of cover when it’s not being used or stored? Also curious what these aren’t available to purchase in a physical store?

The CS rep was proficient and helpful. He wasn't anxious or woke just calm and serviceable. Plenty of stores have puffed up head employees acting a Customer service but just ware the customer down or point direction to your product with vivid attitude of "NEXT", while they just glance down and continue picking their nose. Best Buy can't afford to have that kind This Rep spotted a more appropriate product and it came in a couple dollars less. Think it was back in the middle 50's when stores looked out for the customer - Best buy maybe bringing it back!

They are a durable and secure choice for storing important files. It works great and holds a lot of data.
