    I am using this PNY - Turbo Plus 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive for "ReadyBoost" on my HP computer. So, I can't say how well it operates using it as a portable "thumb" drive. I needed 128GB and it was a great price on sale!

    With 128 GB, you can probably backup most all your docs and audio (sans the videos) and critical info without the software. The cover slides back and forth, but provides no meaningful protection. It's an affectation. These days there are better choices.
