    November 2, 2019. Just began copying files to transfer to my new computer. All was going well until I had about 15 GB copied. Suddenly, File Explorer said unable to find device. After reinserting into 2 additional USB ports where it said showed a drive, but it said "insert disk." Hopefully I can get this resolved with Best Buy. I will provide more of my review, after I go to the Best Buy store.
