The product was used by the Geek Squad to copy from my older PC to the new PC I purchased from Best Buy (the Geek Squad person told me I would have to purchase the flash drive so the copying could be done). I haven't used the flash drive myself.

I don't believe it's me because I have used others without any usual problems. I purchased this item to store important documents and letters, but no matter how much I tried it won't SAVE! My grandson, who lives in Iowa, will be home soon and has asked me to keep it and allow him to see if he can solved the problem. Because it cost what I consider moderately price, I agreed to only because he asked. I don't believe this review will be posted because it isn't positive.

I bought a 128GB flash drive, it even says 128GB on the flash drive stick, but when I check on my computer, it's only showing 32GB. And I never realized that until I had to transfer 50GB of files into the drive, it says not enough of space. And yes, the flash drive is empty.

They did not specify that the speed of this is super slow.

Mad slow it’s just good to have on you when your traveling using other people computers

It doesn't fit the USB port, so it was a waste of money.

I purchased it for my music. I was able to download music onto it but it does NOT play in my car.

It somewhat worked with my Hewlett Packard. It only worked with some of the 3,609 downloaded songs. I switched to SanDisk flash drive on both my Apple and my H/P. Once switched by Geek Squad everything worked perfectly.

Had a lot of trouble transferring info from my computer to the drive.

Purchased this to do a bios update on my new Gigabyte motherboard. Plugged it in and it would not show up. Tried using an external hard drive instead and it worked perfectly. Defective product.

Wasn't very compatible with my HP laptop. Wasn't easy to store the images. Definitely spend more money and get a better one.

I lost all my files after using this USB for more than a year. It's corrupted now and I can't fix it. I would pay whatever to get it fixed but I've been told that it's not possible to fix it. I'm using another USB which is SANDISK and it works perfectly for over 7 years. It still works perfect although I bought it 7 years ago but PNY got corrupted in less than 18 months. This is very disappointing.

I use this device to transfer files to several different computers and it never fails me

I attempted to write and read data to and from this drive the day after we bought it. The writing was done on a fairly new Mac. We could not read the info from the stick back onto the Mac, which was very important because the the stuff on the Mac got accidentally deleted. We were able to copy the data from the stick back onto a Windows laptop. We are disappointed with the stick. Couldn't return it because we were out of town.

I usually trust the brands I purchase at Best Buy, but this jump drive was a severe letdown. It quit working after about a month, and lost all the video data I had stored on it. I would recommend you STAY AWAY from this particular brand.

Had geek squad try to of load pictures to this… said we needed to buy and to take home as would take 6 hrs… after about 8-10 hours …. Failed… I personally am rethinking about geek squad help as one year paid shut down to Covid… so useless… now this… expensive service that’s no help!

did not work with the playstation mini classic kept loosing memory but a Samsung..

Very slow write speed, might be good value for students.

Terrible. This thing randomly bricked itself and I lost most of my files on it after a few weeks

This device was much slower than I expected. Also the audio gets out of sync when I play movies from the drive.
