First, Bestbuy mis-priced, mis-advertised/labelled product but I purchased it anyways. Tried to use/open the product but it did not work or open properly, wasn't recognized by multiple computers. I returned the bad product for refund.

Went to use it for the second time and it burned up! Smelled like burning electronics and had to remove it from my computer. I will be returning it when near a Best Buy

I needed it formatted fat32 to use with my Samsung tv. I spoke to the TV associate and the computer associate and they both said it would work. WRONG!

I’m not sure what happened but after I had it for a week. I had used it twice and now it just doesn’t connect to anything also some devices says too low of power. I assume i had a faulty one. Not sure. Wouldn’t recommend

My Seagate 4Tb traditional hard drive is massively faster. Not USB 3 fast when using a USB 3 port. Just USB 2 apparently.

It doesn’t work and I want my money back. I know it’s been a few weeks. I’d like to return or exchange but I don’t have the packaging anymore.

Second times connected to PC does not work. All my Laptops and Desktop fails to recognizes the device. I am a MCSE certified and EE. so yes I know what I am doing. Not recommend this part to anyone at all.

Windows cannot format this device>>Format Cannot be Completed!!. Tried in multiple computers with the same result. Returning ASAP!! Wasted my time.

Item shipped didn't match product specs on web site. Had to return item. Apparently Best Buy didn't have any of the high speed parts described in the product description shown on the web site and the skew was common to several different parts.

Tried to reformat for my Mac and it seemed to work fine. Copied some files but could not open them when I wanted to use them. Reformatted on a PC to standard FAT format with the same results. Files copy onto the flash drive fine but are rarely retrievable.

USB said it had 256 gb and in reality it had 247 gb available. We needed it to have full capacity to use on a video gaming device and ended up not being able to use it for this device

Only works on one computer. Still trying to figure out why. Couldn't find drivers and you can't update firmware when the computer doesn't see it.

I bought this because it is USB3 supposed to be faster read and write. And this replaced the original USB2 flash drive. It turns out that this one is slower than my original USB2 flash drive. A total waste of money!

I have a 64GB USB 3.0 flash drive write speeds amazing. 20gb transfer takes about 85 seconds, bought this one because it was on sale and to transfer 18gbs it took 19 mins save your money

Can barley download anything and often times disconnects randomly

Bought this on sale, plugged into pc and it says IT IS ONLY 230 gb. "missing 26gb, (REALLY ?) Will be returning it tommorrow.

Stopped working after 5 days. It was detected as some type of device but not as a USB. Tried it on 3 different computers. Same result. I was always careful to dismount it properly. I tossed it in the garbage because that's where it belonged.

Very bad and unreliable don not buy just a worning

Best Buy recommends the PNY brand and time and time again it fails. This is the worst. I purchased this and a week later it ust dies on me. Not worth purchasing this brand.
