Customers are impressed with the Poké Ball Plus for Nintendo Switch for its compatibility with both the Nintendo Switch and Pokémon Go, its easy-to-use design, and its portability. It also includes Mew, a mythical Pokémon, which is a plus for many customers. However, some customers find the price to be a bit high and have experienced connectivity issues with Pokémon Go.

Small and unresponsive

Cons:
Waaaaay too small, literally about 60% the size of a pool ball
Unresponsive when trying to link to Switch, have to press the buttons 10+ times to get it to sync up
Accuracy when trying to use to catch Pokemon is absolute garbage
There should be a large very clear warning on the box and in the description that the included Mew can only be redeemed one, not a fun situation when you have two people in your house who plan on using it
Pros:
Lets you play Pokemon with a Pokeball, albeit one that you found in Silph Co's "Failed Experiments" dumpster.

Solidly built.
Barely usable as a controller, hurts your hand. You press on the joystick for A. There is a top button for B, which makes no sense because you rarely use B.

I purchased this product for the Let's GO! Pokemon Title's. When I connected it to my switch the gift Pokemon Mew I was supposed to receive was would not transfer over. My thought's behind this is because somebody bought the product got Mew and returned it. Greatly disappointed and will be returning it. I know it's not Best buy's fault or any other store's fault if people run into this problem. But it's disappointing.

My daughter started playing Pokemon Go using an old phone of mine and I thought it would be useful for her to be able to automatically spin Pokestops on Community Days (back in the days when we would walk around a park with lots of Pokestops). However, this device DOES NOT pair with the old phone she's using. So basically I bought this device and it's useless for me.

The main value of this item is the Mew inside. After that, it is fairly useless.
