Decent remakes

Compared to the last releases these games don't really hold that excitement in the postgame.

It was inconvenient for me. I got the keychain the day of release, but not the game.

Worse purchase experience

I pre-ordered online when it did not have the bonus item. I went to the store and ask for it, and they canceled my order and replaced one WITHOUT my previous discount! Because of this issue, I wasted 3 hours driving back and forth, AND talked to the Call Center for an hour! In the end, I talked to another customer service. He fixed my problem within 3 minutes. So Best Buy you need to work on your policy and system!

I was mad about not receiving my free keychain that was suppose to come with the game as a gift.

Didn’t receive the keychain
