This game is a huge refresh for the Pokémon series! If you like collecting Pokémon this game is great and catching Pokémon in the wild helps this a ton! Not the greatest visuals, story or technical performance and the turn based combat is still similar to traditional Pokémon games. could have used more polish but still a very enjoyable time

Finally, something that changes the formula, while still feeling familiar. The world feels much more alive and interactive than any previous Pokemon game. I hope we get more like this.

This game is absolutely amazing. This is how Pokemon should remain for the games to come. It is super realistic and everything they make in the game just makes sense.

I ended up having fun with it, but the experience could have been better, like there is no voice acting still, and a lot of my favorite Pokémon are missing from the game, and I wish there was some good battle content we could tackle with our fully Trained Pokémon, you know? Gamefreak definitely left room in the game for DLC content.

Fun game, easy to play for a 8-9yr old. Would recommend to anyone who has a child that loves pokemon.
