I have heard that there are no Pokémon gyms in this game, but it is a quest-based game, which is interesting if you're a Legend of zelda fan like me!

Pokemon Arceus

The gameplay is similar, but when you throw a pokemon to battle, it will not pause before you into battle, but you will go right into the battle. A good Pokemon game in my book.
