Love this game I really like how they changed the battle sequence so now it feels like a fight instead of hopelessly waiting to for someone higher level to crush you.

I enjoyed a lot of the mechanics of the game. There are still things that could have been ironed out, but overall I had fun. The online battle system in particular is very fun with friends.

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy playing this game as much as I have, wasn’t a big fan of legends arceus but this one seems more fun to play in my opinion. definitely recommend it

A fun addition to the Legends series! Adds to the nostalgia of the Gen 6 games and to the overall plot. Highly recommend!

Lots of cool new features in this title but it's not as good as its predacessor Arceus. If you enjoy Pokemon RPGs and wanna trying out some fun changes to the old formula than pick this up.

The game is great. Best Buy however wasn't and missed the pre order item they offered. That was disappointing. I don't think I'll pre order with them again.

I prefer the classic pokemon game. Venusaur is a dinosaur not a frog. Improve the animation please

Good game story and much more polished than Scarlet and Violet. However, for the price of this game, I expect more refinement in the graphics (especially the building windows) and reduced pop-ups of NPCs

My 10 year old loves this game. I like that it works on the old Nintendo switch version as well.

Pretty good overall. I mainly ordered from Best Buy for the Pre-Order bonus of the Lumiose map placemat, which admittedly isn't bundled with it anymore since it isn't a Preorder.

Another Christmas wish list item. The smile on my 14 year old grandson makes giving it as a gift the best part of Christmas.

A lot of new additions to Pokemon, new battle mechanics. New mega evolutions wild areas and pokemon through out the city. But it does feel somewhat limited being stuck in 1 city

One of the best Pokémon games Ive played! I havent played Pokemon since Diamond era and wow I missed alot but this gave me that nostalgia. Havent stopped playing!

I enjoy the overall game even though it seems it was produced kind of last minute. But one thing Im most sad about is the fact that I wasn’t able to get the preorder item, despite preordering. I will not be preordering from Best Buy again. They should mention Preprder is while supplies last, cause at that point if they were giving the preorder item to people who didn’t preorder and bought game day off, without prioritizing preorders is such a SmH moment.

The one star review is for Best Buy. Dear Best Buy, be better. For this game you promoted a pre-order “bonus” and fell through on your promotion. A small “disclaimer” of ‘while supplies last’ is garbage when you keep the promotion advertised while you know you have already met the quantity of mats produced in comparison to pre-orders placed. I made my order in September for the pre-order after seeing the marketing for the bonus mat. If you knew you had limited quantities then take the promotion down once that has been reached, its called best practice. Pokémon Center did it, take notes. Very disappointed in the lack of simple math, coordination and business practices you have shown during this game release. Not to mention my game was LATE and did not arrive until the 20th of October when the game released on the 16th. I regret not ordering from Pokémon Center and giving Best Buy a chance. But anyway I returned this game, and bought it else where so your loss not mine tbh. As for the game its 10/10 super fun and a great game to play after completing Pokémon Violet.

I am a pokemon traditionalist and was not the biggest fan of Legends Arceus but this game is incredible. The gameplay, story and setting will keep you hooked.

Bought it for my brother for his bday. He has been in love with the game! Package sadly arrived a day or two later than intended, but it also came with the preorder bonus, so no complaints.

This game couldve just been a switch 1 game graphically and most of the game feels very uninspired. The game is technically open world but theres not really much interaction with it. For example you cant go in about 95% of the buildings and the npcs have less lively interactions than the early generation of pokemon games. If youre a big fan of the series this may satisfy you. If youre looking to get into pokemon for the first time.... look elsewhere.
