With how much hate the game is getting online, people aren’t seeing the bigger picture for what I see. As of right now, I am really enjoying the game as is and I love the new mechanics they added to this game too

The transition to real-time battles injects a fresh burst of energy into the franchise. Pokémon Legends: Z-A is a bold step forward for the series—combining refined exploration, engaging combat, and a setting that feels alive.

Fun game and great mechanics, however, still lacks the graphics of a modern day game especially with the performance of the Switch 2. I feel like this was catered to the switch 1 and not much was put into the switch 2 version.

Great game, the new mechanics and megas are good (mostly). The only issues I have are price, releasing a dlc before the game, and locking certain items behind competitive (in which you need to spend money for Nintendo Online).

I haven’t sat down and played a Pokémon game for hours on end in I don’t know how long. The gameplay has me completely hooked. I really hope they move forward with the series with this kind of battle system.

Best battle system in this long running series. There’s plenty to do post game. Only thing holding it back is the bland city it takes place in.

Gameplay is amazing, the new battle mechanics are addictive. However, although the 60 fps looks great and the battle animations are amazing, the graphics of the overall setting are somewhat underwhelming.

Definitely enjoy playing this 9th gen Pokémon game! Haven’t played previous ones but find this expectation pretty great indeed.

Omg, I sped hours in these game and I didn't notice. Is challenging and with a lots of thigs to do. the game feels fresh but classics of these franchise

Another masterpiece from Nintendo for the pokemon franchise, real time battles, amazing story, great art and character design. Truly the peak of pokemon as we've seen it.

The base game is pretty fun. Gets a little repetitive towards the end, but overall a fun Pokémon game. The DLC isn’t great though.

I really enjoyed this game. The real time battles weren't very desirable, in my opinion. But it is a good game nonetheless.

Been playing these games for years and will definitely say love the open exploration part of the game. Learning curve with the battle style is a little rough, but very enjoyable.

I love this game. I know what others are saying about the map but the map is still dense even if it isnt wide. Battles are a bit harder (in a good way). I love that you dont run out of moves.

I don't understand the hate behind this game. It's a departure from the traditional pokemon play style of the past, but it feels like a step in the right direction.

Cutscenes get annoying but aside from that i had a great time playing the game and getting back into pokemon

For whatever reason, thought it was going to be the Switch 1 code and just an update code for the 2 edition. I was very much wrong. But I bought the Switch 2 in the end for the holiday. Played for a bit, but now Pokopia has me obsessed.

This game i actually got into and love it. I got it for my son but i am now olaying it and probably have 20hours on it. Amazing game to show my son how to play too.

Good game I played a whole day and I enjoyed it, the new megas are cool
