This is a fun game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the characters, even the new ones. I’ve read negative comments about the characters not having voices. I didn’t think it was a big deal but after playing this for a while, I can kind of see how that would make this better. Still, I like playing it and I’m glad I bought it.

Pokémon za
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t think I’d like this as they changed up the formula for Pokémon so much. A non turned based version where moves refresh over time sounded horrendous. But after actually playing I feel like it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Pokémon game in over 20 years. There are tons of missions. The battles are sort of easy like they’ve always been. But they add battles that are challenging to keep the gameplay engaging and fun.

Pokemon Legengds: Z-A
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been waiting for something fresh from Pokémon, and Legends: Z-A really delivers. The new fighting style is super interesting, it feels dynamic and keeps me engaged in every battle. Exploring the city setting adds a whole new vibe, and I can already tell I’ll be spending hours diving deeper into this world. Honestly, I’m excited to keep playing and see how far this evolution of the series goes.

An Improvement On Arceus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the game is a step up from Legends Arceus in my opinion. Gameplay is very similar, but with a smaller map that is much more filled out. Only real complaints are forced trade evolutions returning (but there are community codes for those), some Mega Stones are temporarily locked behind online play, very few buildings can be entered, and some things on the map that should be marked aren't, forcing you to either use the one marker available to you to pin a location, or memorize where they all are.

Great game and great detail.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive now played through the entire game and its safe for me to say how great of an experience it was. The textures and details on the pokemon was amazing and the ive seen from a pokemon game and the new battle system is very different and a much needed breath of fresh air for turn based combat. Very entertaining story and i would recommend it to all my friends.

A Good Sequel to Arceus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pokemon Legends: Z-A for Switch 2 is an interesting take on the Legends formula. I played it with my kids (9 and 7) and they both adored it. I thought it was decent. The battle system takes a little adjustment, but once you figure it out, it's fun. The visuals are a little underwhelming, but not bad. Legends: Z-A represents a (very) incremental step in the right direction for the Pokemon series as a whole, mindful of its status as a spinoff.
