Interesting battle mechanic in a bland world

I definitely prefer the classic turn based battles. The entire game is within the city that's very bland and empty, and the tutorial lasts far too long restricting everything you can do. The 3 stars are pretty much just for pokemon brand nostalgia. The game is very average.

Brand new, old news.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This game runs fine (rare for a pokemon game now a days) but already feels, sounds and looks outdated. Forced myself to play at least 10 hours and havent touched it since. Great gift for a child under 10, but they need to be able to read and read well simce there is no voice acting and each cutscene feels like an essay.
