I bought this game at Best buy to get their pre-order items the play mat I did it by phone not only did I not get the pre-order item the whole reason why I went to this freaking store I can't even report the on phone employee for lying to me saying it was still in stock it was the very first thing I asked about I flat out said I wasn't going to buy it from here if it didn't have the pre-order play mat he even wasted my time saying let me go check he doesn't work at the store he's at a call center in another state. They didn't have enough in stock and even the restock amount had already been sold off. Next time I'm just going to GameStop

Game runs okay, not a ton to do, probably the worst overall entry in the franchise (excluding the mobile games) mediocre at best, very dissatisfied and won’t be finishing my play through, save your money and get the new Digimon game

There was an issue with preordering the game, so I went to the store to get it sorted out because I wanted the included laptop mat. I went in before the game was released to explain the issue. The employee assured me if I preordered the game again (original preorder got cancelled??) that I could get the mat. On the day it came out I went to pick up the game and mat and they told me they couldn’t help me. I never got the laptop mat. Games just also boring

My box got delivered to the wrong address and I had to hunt around my neighborhood to find it, and I paid a lot for shipping a small box

Game is fun. Best couldn’t keep their promise of delivery same day as release. Pre-order elsewhere in the future.

I ordered this product online Dec. 14 and it was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 16. Today is Jan. 2. It never arrived. FedEx tracking simply says delivery may be delayed. I am unable to reach a real person by phone to ask about it and the website is no help.

Meh. Nothing like the originals honestly it's a disappointment to see how far technology is advanced and graphics only to get this slop

Did not get the pre order bonus, horrible staff service kept pushing me off to the side and helping other people just for me to find out I don’t get the bonus (the whole reason why I ordered through Best Buy) don’t bother with pre orders here they suck. Last time I’ll spend my money at best buy

I pre-ordered this item back in June, and was disappointed when, on release day, even though the order said it would arrive that day, it didn't. I did receive the item the next day, but overall poor service, would not pre-order from again.

Game is alright, the map is very small. Issue with preorder. Purchased the item months in advance only to have it cancel a couple weeks before order. This caused me to lose out on the preorder bonus.

The game is trash. 2D assets for buildings, 70$ product with no real storyline. Played Pokemon games my whole life and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The game is new but boring plus i didn’t receive any benefits in game or with store for pre-order! Not waste my time in money best to wait for price to lower

Did not come with all the things the pre order offered had to return it and buy it somewhere else even though I had asked before I preordered the game if it would come as a bundle

Worthless company never has what it says that have online. . Why do some stores just not have the advertised products. I will not be back to best buy. Waste of time.

Wait for this to be on sell, it isn’t worth playing. If this is the best that the Pokemon company can put out this will be my last game.

I was supposed to get the game mat with my pre-order. Everything looked fine on the order screen but when I picked the item up, no game mat.

It's been almost 20 years since gold and silver and yet game freak still cannot get their act together. save your money.

I guess my pre-order doesn’t come with the promised mat. Don’t ever pre-order through Best Buy if you care about the bonuses!!!
