I have been waiting for awhile for an updated version of Red/Blue/Yellow that used 3D graphics. I have to say I am enjoying Let's Go Eevee immensely. Pokemon catching has changed to the Pokemon Go style so you no longer need to weaken pokemon down in HP and then attempt a capture. There is also a lot more guidance in the game on where to go next that was lacking in the originals.

The whole reason to get a Switch over an Xbox. The latest incarnation of Pokemon runs smoothly, has great graphics, and a story line that works with the game. Obviously, just like any game, most of the actions are repetitive; at least it keeps your interests. If you like Pokemon, the game is fun and worth the cost.

This version of pokemon takes alot from Pokemon GO and makes it a console experience of the story if Red,Blue,Yellow. I think this is an awesome way to reboot the series with the new GO audience and can’t wait to see if they give us these GO versions in off years outside of Pokemon Mainline. Here’s looking towards (name guessing) Pokemon Umbreon and Espeon.

Graphics are definitely improved compared to pokemon games on 3ds and older consoles. One of my few complaints is getting rid of what we use to do when level grinding our pokemons. This is just too easy for me, maybe because the developers want newcomers to experience an easier way to play to easily adapt to the game. It is still a fun game to play.

Beautiful, marvellous and nostalgic. I´m very happy and proudly with Game Freak and The Pokemon Company. All days I go out my home and catch pokemon on GO and then ,in my home, transfer my new pokemon to switch. Its so perfect. And the new level up mechanic catching is more logic (not to kill every wild pokemon).I love shiny hunting and the chain to find good ivs.

Nice game with good graphics. Brings back memories of the original red & blue games. Motion controls can be a bit annoying to use.

The dynamic of this game is interesting. You can get really overpower from the very beginning of the game. The connection with Pokémon go make it really easy to complete Pokédex. The connection with Pokémon home make the game a good source of shiny Pokémon’s for trading or for my other Pokémon games.

A great remake of the original Pokemon games for Gameboy. The updated Pokemon catching mechanic is a little off putting at first, but after a few minutes it becomes second nature. It makes for speedier battles and leveling up, which is great because I don't have the time I did when I was a kid. I'd reccomend this to fans of the old pokemon games and newcomers alike.

Honestly I love this game. I grew up with my siblings playing Pokémon (I was never interested), but I loved the shows. I wanted to get this game for the Switch to see how it was and it’s so fun and cute! My brother said that it’s easier compared to the other games, but as a newbie I thought it was great.

As a player of the original Gameboy games this is such a wonderful nostalgia hit. The blending of some of the elements of Pokemon Go and the really wonderful graphics updates make for an enjoyable play experience. This was the first game I started playing on my Switch and I am still enjoying it now!

Great twist on a classic. plays like a remastered version of pokemon blue yellow or red. bonuses for caught pokemon with a 2nd player catching with you also . 2nd player can help you fight and catch other than that not much else they can do. game has compatibility to allow you transfer pokemon go caught pokemon into the game which is awesome.

If you love Pokemon games you will love this game. This game has a different spin on the series instead of battle Pokemon to catch them you catch them by throwing pokeball. I didnt think I would enjoy using motion controls for throwing balls at Pokemon but it is quite enjoyable. Also I love seeing the pokemon in the over world instead of having random encounters.

Take a trip down the nostalgia train. My 1st time playing a Pokémon game set in the Kanto region in almost 20 years, this game has exceeded all my expectations. From the improved (and beautiful) graphics, updated music, and the addition of new mechanics to its already addicting and stellar gameplay, I am a very happy buyer of the remake of Pokémon Yellow Version!

I knew my daughter would like the game, the only thing I worried about was if it would be too hard for an 8 year old with minimal video game experience. While there are moments that are challenging, my daughter has LOVED the game. From a parent perspective, it’s easy for me to help her, the map features are nice, and the characters are really fun and cute!

This was the first pokemon game to appear on the Nintendo Switch. It was really fun to experience the Kanto Region with higher quality graphics. I grew up play the Kanto Region on Pokemon Yellow on a Gameboy Color handheld console, and this game was a dramatic improvement over the old game it is based on.
