Great old feeling but I didn’t like that you can’t go to other islands after beating elite 4

This is a great game. Take me back to when I was a kid. I would recommend this game highly.

Love the Pokemon encounters. Prefer it over the random encounters. Dislike everything else though honestly. Too easy. But I'm probably not the target audience with this game either

Nearly identical to the version of game boy color pickachu yellow game. Just wish all pokemon were avalable without having to go out and trade seperatly with other switch devices

Last pokemon game I put a lot of time in was pokemon yellow! Huge time gap! So I decided to buy this one and it's not bad. Would recommend to a friend trying to kill some time.

I can't say my son played this very much even though he wanted it. It didn't seem very fun or that there was much to do. Waste of money for me but others may like it.

This game is great to bring back nostalgia and introduce new challengers!

Instead they just attempt to catch them using a catching system that is ripped directly from Pokemon GO, and while that may sound like a bad thing to longtime fans of the franchise, it’s actually a great innovation. It cuts out a lot of wasted time spent fighting wild Zubats and other annoying monsters, and as a result, players will find themselves catching a lot more
