Great throwback down memory lane. I really enjoyed this game. There is much to do after you're done with the Elite 4 as well.

It mixed the easier catching gameplay from Pokémon Go with the classic fighting mechanics from the other games in order to bring a new experience to the first generation classics.

Great game just like the old yellow version! The graphics and character interactions are amazing!

Maybe it's getting older, but the constant grinding for leveling up just gets boring. The pokemon catching is more annoying than rewarding. The animations are fun and look great, but I don't need to see them every time I want to cut or surf.

Love this game! I love being able to see the Pokémon in the overworld. A lot of small features that make for a great experience.

Great game for kids of all ages. My 5 yr old chose this game and plays a lot. My 10 yr old also plays it and loves it.

Wow. This game brought back memories. The fact that it’s the original 151 Pokémon and a main style of Pokémon Yellow, it’s 100% worth getting if you’re a fan of classic Pokémon.

Definitely different then the core main series. But its meant to be easy for all ages. It does get a bit annoying when playing on the handheld that it is on the tv screen.

Really wish the Pokemon developers left the wild pokemon battle features on, but I like the updated graphics and the feeling of being more immersed in the world of Pokemon.

Although some Pokémon and mechanics from later generations have been removed to keep the feel of Gen 1, the game is still really fun and feels very easy to get used to.

Loved the game purchased for my 4 year old son. But he wasnt much into it and got bored easially there was alot of reading to do to progress. Think I enjoyed it more than him!

The game appears to be a remake of the original Kanto region Pokemon game, with Pokemon Go elements mixed into it. Integrates with Pokemon Go after you get to the sixth city.

It was almost exactly like the original games for gameboy with a few extras thrown in. It was a lot of fun to play and the updated gameplay was enjoyable.

Excellent solution to scratch that OG Pokémon itch on current consoles. Hame only has the original 150 Pokémon from the 90s. Great game

I love all the mice you can catch with your turtle. Talk about a fun time. Can’t believe PETA hasn’t tried to shut down this fun factory

Perfect gift for any Pokémon fan. My son was excited to play this game. Pokémon in my opinion is so much fun when it’s a digital video game.

So this is not the classic pokemon game everyone wants. The real one is coming, however this is a great easy point to jump into If you never tried a pokemon game. This will definitely set you up for the truer rpg version. Still addicting catching pokemon no matter how easy. The kids will love it.

It's easier to grind EXP than the other Pokemon games. It's more fun catching and battling Pokemon in this game also. I like how the catch combos help you find rare Pokemon.

I had my doubts on buying the game as there is no battle in catching pokemon but it just a blast playing this game. Must have for traditional pokemon game or pokemon go fans.

Kids love all things pokemon so this was a must , even if I wasn't a fan of opening my wallet. Gotta admit it is fun watching the kids play, highly recommend the game.
